Usage Guide
1. There is no limit to the number of points that magnets can be applied to at one time, other
than personal convenience. 2. To start, follow an application regime for Bio-Magnetic Dots Magnets of, say 24 hours on, then 24 hours off, or 48 hours on, 48 hours off. If relief is noticed quicker, they can be removed. Replace again, whenever needed. Be guided by your body. 3 Before removing the magnet from the band aid that it comes on, place a small dot on the magnet (should already be there) with a pen or Sharpie. This is the side of the magnet that you want next to your skin. After first use, the band aid it comes on will need to be replaced. You can cut a small piece of tape (shown above) and place the dot in the middle of the tape and place it on your body where needed. Each time you use it, you will need to replace the tape with new tape to make sure you don't lose your dot. Certain locations are not recommended for pregnant women. If in doubt, please check with your doctor first. There are many acupressure points in the
body that can be used. Attached is a list of common ailment and diseases with the corresponding
acupressure points on which magnets can be placed to effect relief. Refer to the diagram of the
body for the location of the points. They can also be used on any spot that hurts, except for an open wound.
If you don't know exactly where the acupuncture
or acupressure points are, put your finger near where the diagrams shows, and feel around. (Acupressure Points chart will come with every order). Usually you can feel a distinct depression where the acupressure

Our Dots are hypo-allergenic and are the fabric type. This means they will NOT give you a rash. You can increase gauss strength and penetration
even more by stacking multiple bio-magnet dots on top of each other, with the opposite poles attracting.
The gauss strength is increased by 1/3 by adding the second bio-magnet. So, if you have one bio-magnet rated
at 2,500 surface gauss, then you add a second bio-magnet of 2,500 surface gauss, then your total strength now
becomes 3,333 surface gauss rating. |
