Magnetic Dots for Depression #1
Magnetic
therapy is now being recognized as a true alternative health care treatment by more of the medial profession as well as the
general public for common depression.
Substantial research shows that cranio-electrical stimulation on
specific points on the scalp are a safe and effective means for relief of the symptoms of depression, increasing the serotonin
levels in the brain in a similar way to Prozac, faster and without any side effects.
The value of using
magnetic therapy technique is that it has been found to be extremely effective for individuals who were resistant to drug
treatment.
As a holistic health procedure, it is safe and painless, which reduces patient anxiety.
In addition, unlike drug therapy, the patient realizes immediate results.
Use the illustration
as a placement guide for using magnetic therapy as an alternative health treatment for the general symptoms of common depression:
For headaches, dizziness, stiff necks and irritability, place magnetic dots on Point A, below the base of
the skull, in the hollows between two large neck muscles.
For emotional distress burnout, emotional
exhaustion and the feeling of heaviness in the head, place magnetic dots on Point B, one-half inch below the base
of the skull, on the ropy muscles located one-half inch out from the spine.
For anxiety, grief
and emotional imbalance, place magnetic dots on Point C, between the shoulder blades and the spine at the level of
the heart.
For relief of "the blues", fatigue, exhaustion, trauma, insomnia and fearfulness,
use Points D and E for placement of the magnetic dots in the lower back and four finger widths from the spine at waist level.
As with any medical treatment, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy.
